What needed to be solved.
Volunteer coaches are already giving time before and after practice. When team updates, RSVPs, files, invite links, and parent questions are scattered across texts, group chats, and memory, the coach becomes the operating system. The product needed to make coordination feel calm without pretending a youth team needs enterprise software.
Approach
How the work was shaped.
The Season was shaped as a focused MVP: one team, one season, one command center. The work combines a public landing page, guarded one-click demo access, seeded Falcons U10 product states, authenticated team areas, calendar, messages, uploads, join codes, privacy/terms surfaces, CI verification, and production notes that make the app credible as both a real product and a Tootie Designs showcase.
